Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional Java SE experience.
• Strong knowledge of OTT streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, SRT/MPEG-TS, RTMP) and codecs/containers.
• Experience designing distributed systems.
• Experience with native development in C or C++.
• Experience with Python or shell scripting.
• Solid knowledge of GNU/Linux systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP and HTTP.
• Ability to reason about modern software design principles.
• Fluent English communication; Swedish proficiency is a plus but not required.

We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• A minimum of 3 year's professional experience with Java SE
• Solid knowledge of OTT streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, SRT/MPEG-TS, RTMP) and common video/audio codecs and containers
• Experience designing distributed systems
• Experience with native development in C or C++
• Experience with an interpreted scripting language such as Python or shell script
• Solid knowledge of GNU/Linux systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge about TCP/IP and common application protocols, HTTP in particular
• The ability to reason about modern software design principles
• Comfortably communicating in spoken and written English is necessary, good understanding of Swedish beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
