Job summary

Swedium Global Services is seeking a Cloud Engineer in Göteborg to design, implement, and operate secure AWS environments for internal dev teams. You will contribute to a modern cloud foundation, automate solutions, and collaborate with a tight, cross-functional team to deliver platform services.

The role emphasizes solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and driving continuous improvement in cloud tooling and governance. A strong background in AWS and DevOps is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and implementing AWS infrastructure.
• Experience with serverless technologies (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge).
• Proficient with IAM, SSO, and enterprise governance models.
• Experience with large AWS Organizations (Control Tower, StackSets, SCPs).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and operate secure, enterprise-scale AWS environments
• Actively contribute to team deliveries with ideas, improvements, and shared ownership
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose better long-term solutions
• Improve infrastructure, automation, tooling, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Implement guard rails, governance, user/group management, and golden AMIs
• Support developers with cloud solutions that enable secure and efficient delivery
• Collaborate closely with teammates to drive continuous improvement
