Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automotive Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Design and implement robust cybersecurity protocols for automotive systems, including secure boot, Trusted Platform Modules (TPM), and in-vehicle network security
Conduct comprehensive security assessments and penetration testing of automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and networks
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to embed security features within vehicle architectures and development workflows
Monitor and analyze evolving cybersecurity threats and trends relevant to the automotive domain, applying findings to strengthen vehicle security
Provide expert guidance on secure software development practices and support secure diagnostics and debugging processes
What you bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a strong focus on the automotive industry
In-depth understanding of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, CAN FD), secure boot mechanisms, TPM, and network security principles
Hands-on experience with penetration testing and secure software development practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative environment
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest automotive cybersecurity developments
