Sii Poland in Sweden is seeking a strategic, technically skilled Senior Atlassian Architect to join our Agile & Atlassian team in Sweden. You will design, deliver, and optimize Atlassian-based solutions for clients in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead project teams as Technical Lead, tackle complex architectural challenges, and provide strategic guidance on integrations and processes. The role involves presales support, mentoring, and active involvement in community events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Atlassian solutions.
• Deep expertise in JIRA, Atlassian Tools, and Atlassian Confluence.
• Hands-on mastery of Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian Guard, and Atlassian Organization Administration.
• Practical experience with Rovo and Loom.
• Strong command of best practices in the Atlassian ecosystem and experience in optimizing tools.
• Advanced level of English and Swedish

Responsibilities

• Deliver scalable Atlassian Cloud solutions.
• Lead project teams as Technical Lead, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Solve complex technical and architectural challenges within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Provide strategic guidance on Atlassian platform development, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support presales activities by designing solution architectures and contributing to proposals.
• Participate in marketing and community initiatives such as webinars and events.
• Mentor team members and support their growth through training and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze client environments and suggest innovative solutions to improve workflows.
