Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Stockholm is seeking an accomplished leader to own and execute the strategic plan for Nordic hotel transactions, delivering value to clients and expanding the portfolio.

You will manage a high-impact team, oversee lead generation, market analysis, and cross-border collaboration with the EMEA Hotels and Capital Market groups, while tracking performance and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Excellent academic track record educated to degree level.
• Hospitality or real estate qualification advantageous (RICS/HCIMA).
• 10+ years with an investment bank, hospitality advisor or investor.
• End-to-end deal involvement from both sides of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the strategic plan for Nordic hotel transactions.
• Identify market trends and opportunities, propose new services.
• Plan and supervise lead generation for larger deals and complex clients.
• Manage P&L for the division and report to senior management.
• Deliver the JLL Hotels division to clients across the Nordics.
