Qualifications
- Several years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong application development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- Experience designing and building complete applications, APIs, integrations and services.
- Strong experience with automated testing as a natural part of software delivery.
- Experience with modern software development practices.
- Experience working with cloud-based applications.
- Experience working closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complete applications and services, from APIs, integrations and backend services to user-facing functionality.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers and stakeholders to understand business problems and turn requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
- Take ownership of solutions from idea to production, including the automated tests needed to deliver and evolve them with confidence.
- Challenge assumptions and contribute to solution design and architecture while balancing quality, simplicity and delivery speed.
- Drive specification-driven development by refining requirements, specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive AI-assisted software development across the lifecycle, including test generation and validation.
