Job summary

Albert Group in Gothenburg is building next‑generation maths learning tools with AI at the core. We’re a small, flat team of 6‑7 people, with no management layers, and we value hands‑on engineers who ship.

This role focuses on TypeScript across web, mobile, and backend, with Python for data tasks and direct review of AI-generated code. You’ll report to the COO/CTO and shape the product with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Senior-level TypeScript across backend and frontend/mobile.
• Hands-on experience with AI-agentic development is required.
• Comfort with Python for data-oriented tasks.
• Experience with learner signal engineering, adaptive algorithms, or parameter/weighting tuning for personalization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build features across web, mobile, and backend surfaces using TypeScript.
• Work with Python where relevant, particularly around learner data processing and signal analysis.
• Direct and critically review AI‑agent‑generated code as a daily practice.
• Collaborate closely with a small, senior team with no bureaucracy in between.
