Job summary

InventYOU IT Consulting is seeking Senior AI Developers to build production-grade solutions on top of large language models and help clients move AI from experiments into daily operations.

You will integrate LLMs into existing tools, pipelines and business processes, design evaluation and quality controls, and advise on scope, feasibility and risk to ensure reliable, monitored deployments in a hybrid Stockholm-area setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience deploying LLM-based systems to production, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and version control.
• Experience designing for failure handling and human review of AI output.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Job description

We are looking for Senior AI Developers who build production-grade solutions on top of large language models. Our clients are moving AI from experiments into daily operations, and they need engineers who can take an idea all the way to a reliable, monitored system.

You will integrate LLMs into existing tools, pipelines and business processes, design evaluation and quality controls, and help teams understand what current models can and cannot do. Assignments typically combine hands-on engineering with advising on scope, feasibility and risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python skills
• Proven experience deploying LLM-based systems to production, including prompt engineering and evaluation
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and version control
• Experience designing for failure handling and human review of AI output
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Based in or able to work on site in the Stockholm area on a hybrid basis

Nice to Have

• Experience with C++, C# or other compiled languages
• Experience with RAG, agents, tool use or multi-step LLM workflows
• Model fine-tuning or self-hosted models
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Data engineering experience
• Experience from game development, Perforce, Jenkins or Unreal Engine
• Swedish language skills
• Track record of driving adoption of new tools and ways of working
