Job summary

Justera Group AB seeks an experienced AI Developer to collaborate with technical teams in integrating AI solutions into production workflows. You will work closely with R&D to build essential tools and pipelines used across development sectors.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering, strong Python, and production deployment of LLM-based systems. Hybrid work while utilizing Perforce, Git, Jenkins, and UE5 is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience deploying LLM-based systems to production.
• Strong Python proficiency; familiarity with C++ or C# preferred.
• Solid knowledge of version control (Perforce and Git).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI projects from conception to production-ready systems using large language models.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing infrastructures (Perforce, Jenkins, Unreal Engine 5) with reliability.
• Perform hands-on engineering and mentor other developers on model capabilities and limitations.
• Communicate challenges early and assess project scope, feasibility, and risks.
• Develop an AI-assisted branch integration platform to resolve merge conflicts.
• Create an automated test and fix-suggestion framework from crash analyses.
• Establish shared AI infrastructure to support evaluation and monitoring tools.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive AI projects from conception to production‑ready systems, leveraging large language models (LLMs).
• Integrate AI technologies into existing infrastructures, such as Perforce, Jenkins, and Unreal Engine 5, while ensuring system reliability for daily operations.
• Conduct hands‑on engineering while enabling other developers through insights on model capabilities and limitations.
• Communicate challenges early in the project lifecycle and conduct assessments of project scope, feasibility, and risks
• Develop an AI‑assisted branch integration platform for resolving merge conflicts.
• Create an automated test and fix‑suggestion framework based on crash report analysis.
• Establish shared AI infrastructure to support other teams with evaluation and monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with C++ or C# is preferred.
• Proven experience in deploying LLM‑based systems to production, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, including Perforce and Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
• Good knowledge of procedural failure handling and human review processes.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Bonus Qualifications:
  • Experience in the video game industry with knowledge of UE5 project structures.
  • Skills in Jenkins pipeline authoring and usage of shared libraries.
  • Expertise in neural networks related to code analysis and natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in user interface/user experience design for professional tools.
