Job summary

Telia is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer to join our Infra Digital Evolution & Automation team. You will craft production-ready agentic AI solutions, build integrations with enterprise systems, and collaborate across Data Science, Engineering, and BI to deliver robust, scalable AI-powered workflows.

You’ll design architecture and infrastructure for secure, scalable AI, optimize capacity, and ensure safe operation across telco workflows. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and operating AI/ML platforms.
• Experience with cloud or on-premises infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Strong backend development skills and software engineering discipline.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to explain architectural decisions.
• Fluent Swedish and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready agentic AI solutions and establish the technical foundation for agentic AI, from architecture to infrastructure.
• Build integrations with IT systems, data sources, APIs, and automation platforms for safe, enterprise-scale AI actions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers and BI to translate business needs into robust solutions.
• Design architecture and operating environment to develop, deploy and scale agentic AI solutions.
• Balance performance, scalability, security, and cost in capacity planning.
