SENIOR ACCOUNTING TO REPORTING SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Senior Accounting to Reporting Specialist to join our accounting team in Örebro.

This position is a temporary assignment (approximately 12 months).

About The Role

You will be part of the Accounting to Reporting (AtR) Spoke Nordic team within the Regional Center of Excellence for EMENA. We are a team of 17 persons spread out on 4 different locations, and you will be located in our Örebro office. Together we are responsible for the statutory and operational reporting for most of the Nordic entities within the Epiroc Group. You will work with other Senior AtR Specialists on various responsibility areas and entities, reporting to the RCoE EMENA AtR Spoke Nordic Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in line with the agreed Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way.
2. Harmonize processes between the entities.
3. Continuously seek improvement opportunities in processes and workflows.
4. Enable further efficiencies using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation.
5. Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders in the region and relevant parts of the global organization.

Experience And Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.
3. Extensive knowledge of IFRS.
4. Strong understanding of legal statutory and tax reporting, with knowledge of Swedish GAAP (K3).
5. Experience with ERP systems such as M3 or SAP.
6. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Location

Örebro, Sweden. The role may offer a hybrid work model, providing flexibility to balance work and private life, depending on role responsibilities and individual circumstances.
