Job summary

Justera Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Consultant to support a leading organization within the banking and financial services sector. The role focuses on financial and regulatory reporting, group consolidation, and hedge accounting in a complex international banking environment.

You will ensure accurate, timely reporting aligned with Swedish requirements and IFRS, leading reporting to Finansinspektionen, Riksbanken, and SCB while collaborating with finance and regulatory

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior accounting, financial reporting, or regulatory reporting within the banking sector.
• Proven experience with Swedish regulatory reporting to Finansinspektionen, the Riksbank, and SCB.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial instruments accounting.
• Hands-on hedge accounting experience including documentation and testing.
• Experience with group reporting and consolidation in an international business environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial and regulatory reporting to Finansinspektionen.
• Manage reporting requirements for the Riksbank and SCB.
• Support group reporting, consolidation, and financial close processes in an international organization.
• Oversee hedge accounting activities, including documentation and effectiveness testing.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and translate regulatory changes into reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and regulatory reporting functions.
• Maintain high data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Support external audits and continuous improvement of accounting processes.
