We’re looking for a Senior Accounting Specialist for a company in Solna. Start is November 5th, 2 years limited contract (1+1 years). This role is 100% onsite in Solna.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Specialist for a full‑time assignment with an expected duration of 12-24 months. The consultant will play a key role in financial and regulatory reporting activities within a banking environment and support both local and group reporting requirements.

This is a full‑time consultant position in Solna through Incluso. Start is November 5th, 2 years limited contract (1+1 years). This role is 100% onsite in Solna.

This role requires fluency in English and Swedish.

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior accounting and financial reporting roles within the banking sector.
• Proven experience with regulatory reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen).
• Hands‑on experience with reporting to the Riksbank and Statistics Sweden (SCB).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and its practical application in a banking environment.
• Experience with hedge accounting, including documentation, effectiveness testing, and ongoing reporting requirements.
• Solid understanding of financial instruments and related accounting treatments.
• Experience working in an international group environment, including group reporting and consolidation processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and implement regulatory and accounting requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex reporting processes with high accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting audits and interacting with external auditors.
• Experience in regulatory change projects or implementation of new reporting requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in dynamic and complex financial organizations.
