Job summary

Fortum Sverige AB in Sweden is seeking a Security Manager to strengthen the company’s security capabilities. You will independently manage security areas such as physical and information security, shaping processes and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

You will provide guidance and training within your expertise to raise security awareness and maintain robust security across the organisation.

Qualifications

• University degree in law, technology, security or related field.
• At least two years of experience within one or more security disciplines.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Structured, proactive approach and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for one or more security areas such as physical and information security.
• Develop, implement, and maintain methods, processes, and routines within areas of responsibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and external authorities; provide guidance and training.
• Align security work with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
