Zusammenfassung

Telavox is expanding its Security Engineering team and seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to embed security into every system we ship. You will partner with the Security Engineering Lead to build secure defaults, paved roads, and standards adopted by multiple engineering teams.

You’ll work across product and platform teams, turning security goals into concrete engineering outcomes and bridging the gap between CISO direction and day-to-day execution.

Qualifikationen

• A hands-on background in software or platform engineering; comfortable in the terminal and able to run scans and file PRs.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, or related role.
• Experience with security tooling: vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets scanning.
• Experience building shared tooling or paved roads adopted by other teams.
• Collaborative mindset; able to translate security risks into practical engineering work.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and evolve paved roads that make secure choices the default (vulnerability workflows, secrets handling, secure-by-default CI/CD).
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to adopt security improvements.
• Own and evolve vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, dependency scanning, and secrets scanning across code and services.
• Translate risks and requirements from customers, operators, audits into concrete work and follow up.
• Triage and coordinate responses to emerging threats and drive issues to resolution.
• Share ownership of the security roadmap with the Security Engineering Lead.
