Job summary

Kiruna Guidetur AB in Kiruna, Sweden, seeks three front desk staff to welcome international guests and handle bookings for tours and activities. Qualifications

• High social skills and service minded attitude.
• Punctual, responsible and helpful.
• B driving licence.
• Good English in speech and writing.
• First aid training (provided if needed).
• Tourism/Service education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings by phone and email.
• Be the face towards guests booking activities.
• Serve food over the counter in the Bistro.
• Assist with transfers and help guides on tours.
• Work with a diverse, international team during the season.
