About The Job

As a Scrum Master & Release Manager at Aimo IT, you play a central role in ensuring that our teams deliver value, smoothly, predictably, and with high quality. You don’t lead by code – but by enabling collaboration, creating clarity, and driving flow across multiple initiatives.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate release planning across domains (e.g app, ERP, CRM), making sure dependencies and milestones are managed.
• Own quarterly planning and translate high-level goals into detailed delivery plans.
• Work closely with Tech Leads, QA, product designers, architects, and product managers to align priorities and secure progress.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of feedback and learning.

This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing structure into complexity, enabling teams to focus on delivery while securing predictability for the business.

About You

You are an experienced Scrum Master or Release Manager who enjoys coordinating across multiple teams and initiatives. You’re proactive, pragmatic, and trusted for your ability to create alignment.

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Release Manager, or Agile Coach.
• Strong facilitation skills – you can lead standups, planning, retros, and demos effectively.
• Proven track record of coordinating releases involving multiple systems or teams.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Strong collaborator who can align Tech Leads, QA, product designer, product managers, and management.
