Job summary

WeQuel is looking for Agile Leaders & Project Managers to join our consulting team in Sweden. We seek consultants with a solid foundation in agile delivery or project management for assignments within the automotive industry in Sweden.

You will operate in structured, cross-functional environments where your ability to facilitate, coordinate, and drive progress contributes directly to delivery outcomes. Fluent English is required; Swedish is a merit.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in agile delivery or project management within the automotive industry.
• Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and supporting team delivery as Scrum Master or Agile Flow Leader.
• Coordinating project activities, milestone follow-up, and dependency management.
• Coaching teams on agile principles and ways of working in technical environments.

Responsibilities
