Job summary

Orkla House Care is seeking a Regional Commercial Director to lead profitable growth across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you will bridge strategies with regional execution and work closely with customers, local commercial teams and key stakeholders.

The role combines regional leadership with hands-on market presence, owning forecasts, budgets and negotiations, and aligning Product, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-market or regional organisations in Scandinavia.
• Proven track record of profitable growth and results.
• Experience leading and developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience with key accounts and senior-level negotiations.
• Strong financial understanding including P&L, budgeting and forecasting.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales, profitability and market share targets across the Scandinavian region.
• Develop and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with growth ambitions.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers and lead negotiations.
• Identify growth opportunities across customers, channels and markets and convert into plans.
• Own the regional commercial forecast and budget with strong performance follow-up.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance to deliver objectives.
• Drive collaboration and best practices across markets while balancing local needs with regional priorities.
