Job summary

Billerud is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect for Production Planning to own SAP solutions in the Production Planning area and shape future planning and supply chain capabilities across regions.

You will drive end-to-end solution design, collaborate with stakeholders and partners, and ensure alignment with Billerud's architecture and SAP landscape during the S/4HANA transformation journey.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Supply Chain Planning.
• Deep expertise in SAP PP/DS and Production Planning processes.
• Experience with SAP Quality Management integrations.
• Experience with ERP and custom applications; cross-landscape integration.
• Two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module design.
• Experience from SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Valid Swedish work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions across SAP PP/DS, PP-QM integration, and related planning solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to design end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture principles, processes, and target landscape.
• Act as SAP subject matter expert within Production Planning ensuring end-to-end integrity.
• Drive design activities, support testing, manage dependencies, and contribute to transformation initiatives.

As part ofBillerud'songoing SAP S/4HANA transformation journey, we are looking foraSAP Solution Architect Production Planning to take overall responsibility for SAP solutions within the Production Planning area. In this role, you will contribute to shaping future planning and supply chain capabilities, ensuring that SAP solutions support businessobjectivesacross multiple regions and business units.

About the role As SAP Solution Architect Production Planning, you willbe responsible forBillerud'sSAP solutions within the Production Planning stream, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams, Enterprise Architects, and external SAP implementation partners.

You will drive the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end planning solutions covering production planning, detailed scheduling, quality management integration, and supply chain planning.

You will work across functional domains to ensure seamless integration between SAP modules, business processes, and surrounding applications while contributing toBillerud'sbroader SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

Your main tasks will be:

• Develop andmaintainSAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions across SAP PP/DS, PP-QM integration,and related planning solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and external implementation partners to understand requirements and design sustainable end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure that solutions align withBillerud'sarchitecture principles, business processes, and target systemlandscape.
• Act as the SAP subject matter expert within the Production Planning area, securing end-to-end process and solution integrity.
• Drive solution design activities, support testing, manage cross-functional dependencies, and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

You reportto: Manager Global SAPApplications.

While the preferred location for this role is Solna, the position can alsobe basedinone ofour mills inSweden.Frequent travel to our Solna office is an essential part of the role.

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, ora relatedfield.
• Extensive experience working with SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Deepexpertisewithin SAP PP/DS and Production Planning processes.
• Experience with SAP Quality Management integrations.
• Experience working with both ERP solutions and custom-built applications, including integration challenges across system landscapes.
• Functional and technicalproficiencygained through at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and cross-module SAP solution design.
• Experience from SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
