Become a Key Player as an SAP Solution Architect (Production Planning) at Billerud

Are you ready to take on a key role in a stable yet evolving industry? Billerud has recently launched a group-wide program that will modernize and harmonize our working methods, which includes introducing a new ERP system. As our SAP Solution Architect (Production Planning), you will be responsible for the overall SAP solutions within the production stream, ensuring they align with business objectives. This role involves working closely with business units, project teams, and external SAP implementation partners to ensure the successful implementation and integration of our SAP solutions.

Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules within production planning is essential for managing complex SAP implementations. You bring a deep understanding of production processes and how they integrate with other business functions, ensuring seamless operations.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

1. Develop and maintain SAP end-to-end solutions for Production Planning – PPDS, PPQM, IBP and T.CON TRIM.
2. Participate in both project implementation and maintenance organization.
3. Collaborate with internal staff, project teams, and external vendors to understand business requirements and processes.
4. Ensure the solution architecture supports multiple regions and business units.
5. Document the solution architecture in line with given standards.
6. Understand the current system landscape and integrations to support our transition.
7. Provide expertise and context for Billerud's SAP solutions.
8. Support incident management and provide solutions for technical issues.
9. Travel is required for the role.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of SAP Solution Architect, we believe you have:

1. Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
2. Knowledge in SAP S/4HANA PPDS, PPQM, and SAP IBP.
3. Solid experience with SAP implementations and technical proficiency with at least 2 full cycle SAP implementations.
4. Strong Application Maintenance Management experience.
5. Experience in paper or related manufacturing industries.
6. Experience with ERP systems, and a strong understanding of their integration challenges is a merit.
7. Cross-module expertise to design end-to-end solutions.
8. Commitment to high-quality project and maintenance delivery.
9. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

You will be based at any of our sites in Sweden such as Gävle, Gruvön, Frövi, Skärblacka, Karlsborg or Stockholm, Solna. Travels to our headquarters in Solna will occur. We don’t offer relocation packages, and a Swedish work permit is requested for this position.
