The senior role includes coordinating and deploying SAP Fieldglass across multiple sites, engaging stakeholders, and leading workshops while ensuring security and best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Practical SAP Fieldglass functional experience in contingent workforce processes.
• Experience in business process configuration, requirements management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to define functional integration requirements and work with technical teams.
• Strong communication, analytical and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to balance business needs, priorities and process requirements.
• A university degree in informatics or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional experience: 3+ years for the consultant position and 5+ years for the senior position.

The roles combine functional solution delivery, business process configuration and stakeholder collaboration. The senior position also includes supporting the global deployment of SAP Fieldglass.

Location and working arrangements
