Sandvik Coromant is seeking a SAP Competence Center Manager for Product Area ERP to drive strategy, capability and delivery. You will ensure ERP product teams have the right skills and capacity to deliver business value, with a focus on SAP and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead recruitment, support lifecycle management, and coach teams while advancing knowledge-sharing and operational excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant university degree or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of agile ways of working.
• Strong understanding of SAP and the business it supports.
• Experience in people management and change management.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Drive skills development and competence planning across ERP teams.
• Lead recruitment and strategic sourcing together with HR and purchasing.
• Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coach individuals and teams to encourage development and effective delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to change management, union collaboration and EHS compliance.
