Job summary

Sandvik seeks a SAP Competence Center Manager for Product Area ERP to lead skills development and ensure delivery excellence. The role blends strategy with hands-on leadership, overseeing SAP-centered ERP teams and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Sweden, you’ll operate in a hybrid setup with options in Sandviken or Stockholm.

You will drive recruitment with HR and purchasing, coach teams, and support employees through onboarding to offboarding, shaping the future of ERP capabilities.

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Solid knowledge of agile ways of working.
• Strong understanding of SAP and the business it supports.
• Experience in people management and change management.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Drive skills development and competence planning across ERP teams.
• Lead recruitment and strategic sourcing together with HR and purchasing.
• Support employees throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coach individuals and teams to encourage development and effective delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to change management, union collaboration and EHS compliance.
