In this role, you’ll be an essential part of an experienced and collaborative sales team, focused on delivering innovative solutions to our customers together with our factories in Europe and around the world.As a Sales Specialist, you’ll create and implement a strategic sales plan aimed at driving growth through both new and existing OEM customers. You’ll take full ownership of your targets, continuously analyze market trends, and identify proactive actions to ensure success. By understanding your customers' unique needs and challenges, you’ll work closely with experts across the sales organization to provide tailored product and solution proposals.Your key responsibilities will include:• Be an integral part of the sales hunt activities to secure new OEM customers.• Take lead in winning and developing a specific large key OEM player on the Swedish market.• Developing and executing a sales plan to grow the business with OEM customers.• Analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as an ambassador for ABB’s full product portfolio.• Collaborating closely with the broader sales team, sharing opportunities and ensuring a seam-less flow of information.
