Overview

Important: This position is part of a project that is co-funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF). The project aims to support the integration of newly arrived non-EU/EEA residents into the Swedish labour market.

Connecting Jobs, run by the non-profit organisation Beredskapslyftet, a dynamic social initiative that mobilizes businesses and civil society in times of crisis and urgent challenges. Position Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities
  • identifying and prospecting potential employers and reaching out with the purpose to build relationships and establish cooperation
  • reaching out to prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events with the purpose to understand recruitment needs and qualify leads
  • gathering and summarising information about company hiring requirements
  • creating database and documenting all activities in a CRM system (Ponty)
  • handing over qualified leads to the recruitment team
  • following up with contacts that are not yet ready to proceed
Requirements
  • fluent in Swedish and English (absolute must)
  • result-oriented with proven ability to deliver and reach goals
  • Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage
  • sales experience is desired, but candidates must be able to demonstrate clear personal achievements
  • confident in outreach activities, including cold calling and first-contact conversations
