Nimblr, a leader in cybersecurity awareness training, seeks a Sales Operations Lead to enhance their revenue operations. The role involves optimizing sales processes, supporting international teams, and ensuring operational readiness for new market entries. Nimblr is the Nordic leader in cybersecurity awareness training, trusted by over 5,000 customers. As we scale across Europe with a partner-led growth model, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to help lay the foundation for our next phase. In this role, you’ll shape the structure, tools, and processes that empower our sales teams across multiple markets. As Sales Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role in scaling Nimblr’s revenue operations across our growing international footprint. From optimising sales processes and systems to owning commissions, performance analytics, and go-to-market readiness — you’ll ensure our teams are equipped to succeed in every market. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the heart of our commercial expansion. Key responsibilities include:
Drive consistency and efficiency in HubSpot workflows, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking.
Ensure cross-market process alignment between direct and partner sales teams.
Design and roll out structured playbooks, sales cadences, and qualification models tailored to each market.
Support a distributed sales organization across multiple countries with tools, reporting, and best practices.
Adapt systems and workflows to meet market-specific requirements while maintaining global consistency.
Act as the primary operations point of contact for international sales reps and managers.
Own integration of HubSpot, Younium, and the Nimblr Portal, ensuring accurate data across customer usage, subscriptions, and billing.
Collaborate with tech and finance teams to automate workflows and minimize manual reporting.
Build dashboards and tools to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and regional performance trends.
Partner with finance to manage forecasting and revenue tracking across all markets.
Fully own the commission calculation process, ensuring timely, transparent, and error-free payouts across sales roles and regions.
Drive operational readiness for new market launches.
Help define market-specific reporting, onboarding, and partner workflows to ensure scalable growth.
Collaborate on pricing strategy, local partner models, and pipeline infrastructure for new territories.
Lead onboarding of new sales hires with structured training, HubSpot setup, and process orientation.
Ensure ongoing adoption and optimization of sales tools and performance routines.
