A multinational construction leader based in Malmö is looking for a Sales Manager to drive profitable growth in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in external sales within the building materials sector and be fluent in English and Nordic languages. This role involves managing key accounts, negotiating major deals, and contributing to the company's market strategy. The position offers a hybrid working model, with approximately 70 travel days expected annually.

You will join the Skamol division of Etex and sell our SkamoWall and Promat Fireprotection. You will be responsible for delivering the company market strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence by positioning and marketing Skamol and Promat as global brands within technical insulation and fireprotection.
You’ll build and strengthen relationships with partners, dealers, installers, and architects, while actively managing a pipeline of projects. Through your technical expertise and commitment to delivering great customer experience, you’ll create value for stakeholders and contribute to the continued success of our innovative product range.
Location: Preferably south of Sweden - Hybrid working
Travel: Approximately 70 days a year
Reporting to: Regional Manager Nordics
