Sales Manager – Media Content Solutions

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead global sales and business development efforts for Icomera’s media content solutions, also known under the GoMedia brand. You will report directly to Icomera’s Chief Business Officer and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the Icomera Group, including the Head of Content Services Management.

In this role, you will identify and drive new commercial opportunities, working both directly with clients and through our international sales network. You’ll be representing market-leading solutions that power passenger engagement and entertainment services for some of the world’s largest transport operators. This is a high-impact role within a mid-sized, agile business unit operating under the wider umbrella of Equans and Bouygues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the CBO to meet or exceed all sales targets for media content solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new leads across global land transport and adjacent markets
  • Collaborate with the Icomera and Equans sales teams to extend offerings to existing client bases
  • Analyze new market opportunities beyond rail and help prioritize focus areas
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, product, engineering, and legal
  • Support competitive analysis, positioning, and product roadmap development
  • Lead commercial discussions and build compelling business cases for clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience selling SaaS/media/tech solutions into transport or related sectors
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership mentality
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Skilled at managing internal and external relationships
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Italian, French) are a plus
  • Willingness to travel across Europe, UK, and North America as required
