Overview

Foodla is in the midst of an exciting growth phase. Their platform is gaining traction, and the retail industry is clearly hungry for a better way to handle product data – to streamline supplier-retailer collaboration, improve data-sharing efficiency, enable omni-channel sales, reduce manual workflows, and build more sustainable food and retail systems. The time to scale is now — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth and build the foundation for scalable, repeatable sales operations. If you’re experienced in B2B SaaS sales and thrive in fast-paced environments where your work directly impacts the growth and success of the company - keep reading.

Responsibilities
  • Sales pipeline & execution - build and manage end-to-end sales from engaging leads to closing deals with vendors, merchants, stores and retailers.
  • Sales strategy & operations - develop the sales strategy to lay the foundation for a scalable sales engine. You’ll set and shape the tools, processes and KPIs needed to turn early traction into a force for transforming the food and retail systems.
  • Customer feedback & product insight - work closely with the founders and product team to sharpen the platform based on customers’ needs.
  • Team building & leadership - as we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to impact how we build our team and culture.

Who you are
  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong track record of closing deals and hitting sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build or help scale a sales department and make operations scalable.
  • You’re self-driven, enjoy figuring things out, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • You enjoy being part of a small, agile team and working closely with the product team.
