A leading company is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the Nordic telecom market. This role includes managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and executing sales strategies. With a focus on achieving regional targets, you'll leverage your extensive telecom experience to secure profitable deals and support clients post-sale.

They offer solutions for BSS, banking and fintech, AI-led marketing automation, and messaging platforms, recognized by leading research firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Frost & Sullivan, ISG, Juniper Research, and Rocco Research.
The Role
Excellent communication skills are required.
13+ years of experience, including 7-8 years in Telco sales within the region or in a technical telco role.
Ability to work independently with high productivity.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to stay updated with technological advancements.
A university degree or college diploma in business, technical education, or a relevant field is required.
Responsibilities
Drive the company’s penetration and positioning within the Nordic Region (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway) through executive mapping at key levels with operators.
Grow customer relationships in the region.
Identify new sales opportunities and assist in creating and closing new deals.
Lead internal processes regarding bids (RFI’s/RFP’s) for new and existing customers.
Promote and build the company's brand within the senior executive/CXO community of Telcos and enterprises in the region through meetings, workshops, etc.
Achieve the regional AOP targets for each fiscal year.
Develop, implement, and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Assess market conditions, monitor competitors’ activities, and identify emerging opportunities and trends.
Create sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to demonstrate product or service benefits.
Prepare and submit accurate commercial proposals.
Consult with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
Assess client needs, recommend suitable products/services, and negotiate terms.
Manage sales contracts and maintain customer records.
Identify and pursue potential clients.
Develop business relationships by negotiating and closing deals.
Maintain an updated sales database with activities, partners, opportunities, and their status.
