Your profile
- Your experience: You have already gained leadership experience and successfully managed a team.
- Your industry knowledge: Ideally, you already have experience and contacts in the dealer network
- Your business acumen: You possess strong commercial insight and analytical skills.
- Your cultural & interpersonal competence: You have an international mindset and the ability to understand and empathize with various cultures.
- Your entrepreneurial spirit: You have experience working in a small, growing company where processes are not yet fully developed and a hands-on approach is required.
- Your language skills: You have excellent English and at least another Nordic (preferred Danish or Swedish) language skills.
- Your mindset: You enjoy adapting to new situations and thinking outside the box.
- Your willingness to travel: You are ready to travel regularly to support our customers on-site and achieve our sales goals.
Your mission
- You keep everything in view: You will further develop the specialist dealer network in the Nordics, supporting the independent dealer base while ensuring budget targets are met.
- You take responsibility: You will lead and develop the sales team in the Nordics and ensure that overarching sales goals are achieved. You will develop national accounts.
- Your expertise is needed: You will create individual KPIs for each sales region and follow the KRESS EU sales strategy.
- You set high standards: You will internalize our unique sales concept and strengthen the perception of this USP.
- You demonstrate negotiation skills: You will negotiate with purchasing associations and define a joint sales strategy with their members to achieve budget targets or profitability.
- You’re in the thick of it: You will contribute to the EU sales team in developing the EU dealer sales channel by creating new strategies to become a key player in the dealer business.
- You have strong analytical skills: You will conduct continuous analyses aimed at improving revenue and profit potential.
