Job summary

Eton Barkarby Outlet in Stockholm is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role. You will act as a brand ambassador, greet customers with enthusiasm, and deliver luxury service to build client relationships.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Swedish and English, presentable, energetic, and capable of working in a team or alone to uphold high store standards. 8 hours per week, starting November 2026, with ongoing review of applications.

Qualifications

• Must be a sales-focused individual with a customer-first approach.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers at all levels.
• Well-presented and articulate, with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Eton brand ambassador and product expert
• Greeting customers entering the store with identifiable enthusiasm and a desire to help everyone
• Proactively deliver the Brand’s selling process, maximizing sales opportunities and KPIs
• Building up a client base and proactively contacting customers to maintain relationships
• Be one of our Custom Made ambassadors
• Maintaining store standards and re-merchandising based on trends
• Willingness to undertake stockroom duties and inventory needs
• Assisting the management team in maximizing store sales and profitability
