As a Sales Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for managing incoming leads, supporting the sales team, and driving business growth through structured sales processes for BU Heating Systems (HS) for the Southern and Northern Europe region. Your proactive and customer-focused approach will help ensure a seamless sales experience while collaborating with different teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
We are looking for a proactive and communicative individual with a strong customer focus. You have a degree in Industrial Economics, business administration, sales, or a similar field, and have previous experience in a sales support role. We are a global company, so we see that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, with Spanish, French, or Italian being meritorious. You, as a person, are comfortable with working with IT tools such as the Office suite and also an ERP system, like M3, that we have today.
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and solution-oriented professional with a positive attitude who embraces challenges and isn’t afraid to propose improvements. The ideal candidate is adaptable yet thrives in structured environments, enjoys collaborating with teams, and takes initiative and responsibility in their role.
