Job summary

MYTTRA is seeking a Planning & S&OP Improvement Manager in Sweden to lead planning optimization, strengthen SAP data reliability, and drive S&OP performance across operations.

You will partner with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance to deploy a structured improvement roadmap, develop KPIs and dashboards, and coach teams through change management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Supply Chain, Production Planning or Operations Management.
• Proven S&OP experience.
• Strong SAP ECC/S/4HANA, MRP and Master Data knowledge.
• Expert in production planning, capacity management and forecasting.
• Experience in process optimization and operational transformation.
• Strong communication, coaching and cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess and improve production planning processes, capacity planning and MRP parameters.
• Improve the reliability of planning data, BOMs, routings and SAP master data.
• Strengthen forecasting, demand and capacity alignment, and S&OP governance.
