Job summary

MacGregor, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, seeks a proactive Project Manager to drive cross-functional projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate engineering, sourcing, logistics and external partners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and successful tender support.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading cross-functional projects within the merchant/industrial services sector.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to guide external partners.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to delivery within defined scope and quality.
• Monitor budgets and cash flow with Finance and Legal teams.
• Manage risks and changes; keep documentation up to date.
• Support sales and tendering with proposals and solid business cases.
• Prepare quotations and manage order delivery from signing to installation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with customers; travel as needed.
