Job summary

ABB Robotics is seeking a Product Cybersecurity Verification & Validation Engineer to join the PSAC. You will perform vulnerability testing, penetration testing, and protocol validation across ABB's global robotics portfolio, with hands-on lab work in Västerås and remote work for documentation and analysis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on security testing experience.
• Experience with embedded systems security.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and industrial protocols.
• Programming/scripting for test automation.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full PSAC testing lifecycle and IEC 62443 compliance validation.
• Execute security test suites across networks, web/mobile/embedded/API testing.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and produce PSAC reports with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and refine testing methodologies for cloud platforms, APIs and emerging tech.
• Perform hands-on security testing in the PSAC lab with specialized equipment.
