Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software verification, test automation, software quality assurance, or software validation.
• Experience with Python scripting.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining automated test suites, verification frameworks, DevOps, and Continuous Integration environments
• Operating and improving Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments
• Monitoring nightly software builds and analyzing verification results across multiple product platforms
• Investigating failures, performing root cause analysis, and working closely with developers to resolve issues
• Planning and executing robotic mower field validation activities
• Using operational data and AI-assisted tools to continuously improve software quality and verification efficiency
• Supporting development teams with software quality assurance during new product development
• Driving improvements in automation, verification methods, and quality assurance processes
