Qualifications

• Experience or interest in software testing, including test strategies, test plans, and test documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams with developers, product owners and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate test results clearly and support defect prioritization with the development team.
• Curiosity and a structured approach to identifying edge cases and root causes.
• Knowledge of non-functional testing areas such as performance, usability, and security is beneficial.
• Experience with test automation and maintaining test scripts.
