Job summary

Qualifications

• Have a relevant technical background with some experience in project management or similar.
• Previous experience working with international subcontractors.
• Good understanding of complex technical systems and development projects.
• Understanding of and interest in project economics and cost follow-up.
• Analytical, structured mindset with ability to see connections and identify risks.
• Enjoy coordinating roles with many points of contact.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience from a small or medium-sized business environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead small technical development projects.
• Lead and monitor subcontractors through reports, status meetings, and ongoing dialogue.
• Plan, lead, and document meetings, ensuring decisions and actions are followed up.
• Analyze project plans and schedules to identify risks, deviations, and potential delays.
• Coordinate status reporting with technical experts and project management.
• Work with colleagues to develop project plans.
• Organize and maintain project data, report on and communicate ongoing activities to stakeholders.
• Maintain close dialogue with colleagues to discuss challenges and solutions.
• Document requirements and support development of processes and other documentation.
