AAC Omnisys is seeking a Business Development Manager – Microwave Instruments to drive business growth with institutional and government customers within the international space sector. In this role, you will engage with organizations such as ESA, EUMETSAT, ESO, national space agencies, meteorological organizations, and research institutes to identify future opportunities and translate customer needs into compelling business cases and proposals. Working closely with our engineering team, you will help shape future instrument concepts, influence upcoming programs, identify and mature new business opportunities, and lead the development of competitive proposals for next-generation Earth observation and meteorological missions.
This position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

AAC Omnisys (Omnisys Instruments AB), based in Gothenburg, develops and delivers microwave and radiometer systems for both ground‑based and satellite platforms. The development team is agile and we have a well‑equipped lab for both instrument work up to THz frequencies and space qualification. These instruments often require high electrical performance and high‑precision manufacturing. We also produce mechanical high‑precision parts in our own workshop. We are a tight‑knit organization, and there are great opportunities to take on broad responsibilities.
