We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to serve as the Retail Growth & Success Manager for our cutting-edge 3D foot-scanning technology. This role will be a key player in growing our retail partnerships, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and ensuring each new customer achieves success with implementation and adoption. You’ll be hands-on in stores, engaging staff, and making sure the scanner delivers value every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and reach out to new retail opportunities in your territory.
    • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, goals, and customer success strategies.
    • Take ownership of post-sale follow-through and ensure a smooth customer handover.
  • Training and Onboarding:
    • Train retail store staff on how to effectively use the 3D scanner and integrate it into the customer journey.
    • Develop tailored training materials and guides for different teams and store formats.
    • Run engaging workshops and refresher sessions to maintain confidence and excitement.
  • In-Store Engagement & Support:
    • Build strong, lasting relationships with store teams to encourage consistent scanner use.
    • Monitor scanner performance and staff engagement, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Ensure scanners are installed, running smoothly, and delivering value.
    • Act as the go-to contact for staff questions and basic troubleshooting needs.
    • Relay store and customer feedback to internal teams to improve the product and experience.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail, field training, or a hybrid sales/customer success role.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel regularly to various store locations across your assigned region.
  • Comfortable working with technology and training others to use it.
  • Passion for improving customer experiences and helping retail teams succeed.
  • Must be based and eligible to work in the US.

This is a full-time position based in the US, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer at Volumental. This role includes opportunities to visit our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, to connect with our product and customer success teams and to experience our innovative work culture firsthand.
