Qualifications

• Strong academic background with 0-2 years’ experience within Financial and/or Strategic and Operations Advisory (M&A, Restructuring, Financial or Commercial Due Diligence, Valuation, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial and operational performance in relation to capital structure to develop sustainable solutions.
• Assist in evaluating restructuring options and contingency planning ahead of negotiations for distressed situations.
• Support development and implementation of turnaround plans with cash flow forecasting and financial modelling.
• perform detailed financial analysis of business plans and cash flow projections to quantify risks and opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders in the Nordics and European Restructuring community.
