Job summary

ABB Electrification Distribution Solutions (ELDS) Sweden is seeking a driven Project Manager to own medium‑voltage switchgear project delivery from order to completion. You will coordinate across customers, factories and suppliers, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget execution while building trust and long‑term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical projects from customer order to final delivery.
• Experience in medium-voltage systems or switchgear solutions.
• Strong technical understanding from engineering, design or service roles.
• Experience working with customers, suppliers, and multiple stakeholders.
• SAP experience is required.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
• A related engineering or technical degree is a merit but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across the entire project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedule, changes, costs and quality to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with customers, factories and suppliers for effective communication and delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and build long-term relationships.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting and compliance with processes and requirements.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and coordinate related activities.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficient project execution.
