Job summary

Capgemini Engineering invites a Mobile Solution Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable mobile applications across iOS and Android. You will shape architecture strategy, lead technical discussions, and ensure alignment with standards while collaborating with Product, UX, Engineering, Security and Operations.

The role emphasizes modern engineering practices, automation, testing and DevSecOps, with a strong focus on performance, security, and reliability across mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mobile application development with strong architecture leadership.
• Deep expertise in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit) or Android (Kotlin/Java) with modern patterns.
• Experience building secure, scalable mobile apps with API integrations and CI/CD.
• Collaborative communicator able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and cloud engineering tools; AWS/Kafka a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the mobile architecture strategy and technical direction across iOS and Android.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable mobile solutions aligned with standards.
• Lead discussions, reviews, and integration design between mobile apps and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Security, and Operations to deliver quality solutions.
• Mentor teams and promote automation, testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices.
