Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect to lead hands-on development and architectural decisions on a telecom-focused portal and integration platform. You will shape the MVP, design scalable microservices, and mentor a small team while collaborating with international stakeholders.

The role emphasizes API design, security, and AWS-based deployments, balancing coding with architectural leadership in a remote setup based in Sweden. Prior telecom experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial Java development experience and 2+ years in Tech Lead/Architect roles.
• Telecommunications domain experience, esp. BSS/OSS, ISPs, or service qualification.
• 3–4 years of React/TypeScript experience; ability to guide frontend architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for customer portal and integration platform in BSS/OSS domain.
• Lead technical discovery and define MVP architecture and implementation strategy.
• Design scalable systems with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven components (DDD).
• Contribute hands-on Java/Spring Boot code while balancing architecture and coding tasks.
• Mentor a team of three developers and enforce engineering standards.
