Job summary

Kontorsbemanning Sverige AB in Gothenburg seeks an experienced Tech Lead to blend hands-on Java development with architectural leadership. You will guide multiple teams, design scalable cloud-based backend services, and drive technical decisions in a DevOps environment.

You will work with AWS, Spring Boot, microservices, and TDD, promoting best practices in testing, CI/CD, and collaboration with architects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in software teams.
• Strong Java backend development experience and Spring Boot expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript in modern backend/frontend contexts.
• Solid AWS experience, especially serverless architectures.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and software design principles.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in scalable systems.
• Experience with asynchronous programming patterns and messaging.
• Hands-on GitHub usage for source control and collaboration.
• Unix/Linux environments experience for deployment and ops.
• Practical knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong CI/CD and automated delivery pipelines implementation experience.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
