Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. The role requires evaluating AI-generated outputs and training data with a strong accounting perspective.

Responsibilities include reviewing journal entries, month-end close workpapers, and reconciliations across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365, while providing clear, actionable feedback to improve model

Qualifications

Accounting expertise in financial reporting, closing processes and journal entries.
Experience with multiple ERP/financial systems and reconciliation workflows.
Ability to evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs and provide clear feedback.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and journal entries.
Review financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers.
Identify errors and provide corrections with rationale for various platforms.
Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
Create realistic accounting scenarios for AI training and provide actionable feedback.
