Job summary

MM Coaching Limited is hiring an AI Video Editor to rebuild our video pipeline around AI tools, handling Meta ads, Instagram content, and YouTube videos at high volume. You will own the pipeline using Claude Code, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Seedance, and you will train editors in the workflow while shaping the output quality and pace.

The role is fully remote with 3+ hours of overlap with Central European Time, and compensation is competitive based on experience and output.

Qualifications

Experience editing high-volume video content with AI-assisted workflows.
Proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent for transcription and clipping.
Familiarity with AI avatar/voice tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Edit high-quality Meta ads at high volume using an AI-first workflow.
Produce short-form Instagram content for Josh's account.
Edit long-form YouTube videos and convert long-form to clips and highlights.
Turn full-length client testimonials into before/after ads.
Pre-edit and systemize clips so any editor can drag and drop, and share learnings with the wider editor team.
