MSX International is seeking an Automotive Diagnostics Specialist for an international premium automobile manufacturer. You will diagnose complex technical issues and support the dealer network with rapid solutions, collaborating with workshop technicians and providing repair instructions.

Based remotely within the EU, this full-time role offers training opportunities, a collaborative team environment, and a chance to act as an interface between the manufacturer and dealers.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have proven automotive experience and prefer showroom, workshop or manufacturer aftersales exposure.
• Fluency in Nordic languages and English is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex technical issues for an international premium OEM.
• Provide expert support to dealer network and workshops with quick solutions.
